DMD Solutions-TX provides mobile auto detailing services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Deposit Policy

$20 Non-Refundable Deposit Required A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final service total. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, your $20 deposit will be retained as the cancellation fee and is non-refundable. Service prices may vary depending on the vehicle's condition, excessive pet hair, biohazards, oversized vehicles, or additional services requested during the appointment. Any pricing adjustments will be discussed with and approved by the customer before additional work begins. By booking an appointment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these booking, cancellation, and pricing policies.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care with your vehicle, DMD Solutions-TX is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose parts, or issues that arise from prior vehicle condition. Please remove all personal belongings before your service.
